As part of England Basketball’s efforts to increase weekly participation in basketball amongst those over the age of fifteen, Ball Again is the participant-centred package of coaching and games designed to attract the ‘lapsed’ basketball player back to the sport.
The programme provides a relaxed reintroduction to the sport for players who have played some basketball, a little or a lot, in the past and is also open to those trying the sport for the first time.
Anyone can apply to run a Ball Again session. However, for an initial trial period we will be providing an added incentive exclusively for affiliated associations, clubs and leagues.
Who can apply?
Any association, club or league affiliated to England Basketball can apply for funding to run Ball Again. Only one application can be accepted from each association, club or league.
